Transparenting

*Please note that we are following CDC guidelines and utilizing all safety measures, including regular sanitizing, requiring social distancing, providing temperature checks, and requiring masks. Please bring your own mask if possible. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. You may call us at 251-989-2555 with any questions or concerns.

TransParenting is a four hour educational program about the needs of children during and after the divorce of their parents. Topics include: typical reactions of children, various coping skills, and visitation issues. The Circuit Judges of Baldwin County require all divorcing parents to complete this course. Please review the schedule  and choose which class you would like to attend.  Arrive 15 minutes prior to the class to complete your registration forms.  Please bring a picture ID with you.  The cost of the class is $55, and payments may be made with cash (exact amount please as we are not able to provide change), money order, or cashier's check. Please note that we are not able to accept credit cards, debit cards, or personal checks for payment. 

The Foley class is located at the Foley Justice / Police Department.  Address: 200 East Section Avenue,  Foley,  AL 36535
The Bay Minette class is located at the Bay Minette Police Department.  Address: 300 North Hoyle Avenue, Bay Minette, AL 36580


Please note that the classes are NOT held at the Baldwin County CAC / CARE House offices and only take place at the above-mentioned locations. If you have questions or would like additional information, please call our Summerdale office at 251-989-2555.  (Hours of operation are M-F 8am-4pm).  You may leave a message if calling outside of normal business hours.
